摘    要:因为拖拉机作业环境恶劣承受负荷大产热量高等问题,所以对拖拉机的外形,机舱内零部件布置,以及系统内单体性能都有着特殊而又严格要求,从而优化和解决拖拉机工作时所出现的上述问题,与此同时改善整机的动力性、经济性、和排放性等其他重要参数指标。本文利用star-ccm+软件建立某款拖拉机整车三维数值模型,通过计算获得舱内压力、速度、温度分布云图,进而分析得出拖拉机在工作时动力机舱内冷热流场分布情况。仿真结果表明:发动机舱内零部件布局合理,舱内气流平顺,无明显热流囤积,冷却系统各单体流场分布合理。

Abstract:: Because the tractor operating environment is harsh and the load is high, the heat is high. Therefore, there are special and strict requirements on the shape of the tractor, the arrangement of components in the engine room, and the performance of the single unit in the system, so as to optimize and solve the problem when the tractor works. At the same time, the above problems are improved, and other important parameters such as power, economy, and emissions of the whole machine are improved. In this paper, the three-dimensional numerical model of a tractor is established by using star-ccm+ software. The pressure, velocity and temperature distribution of the cabin are obtained by calculation, and then the flow field distribution in the power cabin of the tractor is analyzed. The simulation results show that the layout of the components in the engine compartment is reasonable, the airflow in the cabin is smooth, and there is no obvious heat flow hoarding. The distribution of the flow field of each cooling system is reasonable, aiming at the local weak reflow phenomenon, by changing the structure of the cabin. Optimized, the weak reflux has been eliminated after the reset.
