| Abstract: | Summary Phosphatase activity identified with Na+–K+-ATPase was localized at the basal surface of cerebral cortical capillary endothelium by perfusion with a p-nitrophenyl phosphate-strontium medium. The relationship of this to the blood-brain barrier to K+ is discussed. |
