| 摘 要： | 研究确定了预处理时用MIBK-乙酸异戊酯萃取海水中DDTC的金属螯合物，即在PH6．0的条件下，同时萃取出Ca、Cd、Cu、K、Mg、Mn、Ni、Pb和Zn等金属元素，再经加入浓HNO3和30％的H2O2加热消解，最后用ICP光谱仪在接检测微量金属元素含量的最佳工作条件，并成功地把该法应用于人工海水中多种金属元素的测定。

| Abstract: | The best conditions to derect determination of some trace metuls in seawater by ICP spectrometry have been studied in this peper. Treated with DDTC, MIBK-acetic heteropentesters and under pH 6. 0, the Ca,Cd,Co,Cu,K,Mg, Mn,Ni, Pb and Zn in seawater should be extracted at the same time, After digested with strong HNO3 and H2O2, the extraction solution could be easily determinated by ICP spectrometry. The method had been successfully applied to the determination of Cu,Cd,Ni,Pb and Zn in artificial synthetic seawater. |
