构建高校新生学风建设机制的思考

从中学升入大学，可以说是一个人一生中的重大转折之一。对每一个新入校的大学生而言，大学一年级既是大学学习生活的起点，也是掌握基础理论和基本技能十分重要的一年，新生入校后能否尽快适应大学的学习生活。能否在第一学年打好坚实的思想基础和学习基础，对他们今后整个大学的学习生活甚至毕业以后的顺利成长都有着极为重要的影响，然而，就我们的调查和了解，新生入校后不久，许多人都不同程度地表现出这样或那样的问题。

Reflection on Constructing Learning Atomsphere of University Freshmen

Entering university from the middle school can be one of the great turns in one＇s life. For every freshman, the first year in university is not only the beginning of university＇s study life, but also a very important year of grasping basic theories and basic skills. Whether they can adapt to university＇s study life quickly and build the solid thought foundation and the study foundation will show great influence on their whole study life in study, university and even on their smooth growth after graduation. However, according to our inverstigation and many freshmen had different problems to vary extents soon after they entered the university.
