当前青少年违法犯罪现状、原因及对策探析

文章在广泛调研的基础上阐述了当前青少年违法犯罪的现状与基本特征，即犯罪主体低龄化、犯罪动机简单化、犯罪手段暴力化、犯罪组织团伙化。同时从家庭、学校、社会和青少年自身四个层面深入剖析了青少年违法犯罪的主要原因，并提出要改善家庭环境、优化教育环境、净化社会环境，加强法制教育等四点建议与对策，以期加强青少年违法犯罪的预防工作，促进广大青少年健康成长。

Preliminary Discussion the Current Status and the Reason and the Countermeasure of Young People Illegal Crime

The article elaborates the present situation and the basic characteristics of the current young people illegal crime based on the widespread investigation.The basic characteristics are listed as follow： low age of crime subject, simplification of crime motivitation,violent method of crime, organization of crime.Meanwhile it analyzed the young people illegal crime primary, causes from the family,school, society, and young people themselves aspects, the thesis proposes from four strategies, namely, improving home environment, optimizing education environment, purifying social environment,and enhancing law education, to strengthen crime prevention of young people, and to provide young people a healthy growth.
