关于高职学生就业心理问题的个体成因及对策探析

高职学生作为高等教育对象的一个组成部分，其自身以及高职教育所具有的特殊性使得高职学生与普通高校的大学生相比在就业心理方面表现出一系列特殊问题。本文从高职学生在就业心理问题方面的个体成因入手，主要围绕个体的知、情、意在其就业心理问题方面的表现，提出与之对应的策略，以期从高职学生的心理层面改善其就业心理。

The Individual Causes of Psychological Problems and Countermeasures of Vocational Students on the Employment

Vocational higher education students as an integral part of the object,the special nature of their own and the vacational education make them have a series of special problems in employment compared to college students.This article start from the individual causes of the higher vocational students in employment psychological problems, focus on the individual＇s performance of their employment psychological problems on cognition ,emotion and wiliness,offer relevant tactics and hope to improve vocational students＇ employment psychology.
