| 摘 要： | 农村青壮劳动力向城镇转移，引起农村家庭承载的生产、教育和赡养功能弱化，形成的留守家庭问题，已危及到和谐社会的建设和发展。必须动员全社会的力量，把解决农村留守家庭问题作为政府和社会、劳动力流入地城市和企业组织的社会责任，共同构建解决农村留守家庭问题的社会支持网络。

| Abstract: | The transfer of young labors from rural areas to cities and towns has weakened the production, education and support functions of rural families, and resulted in the problem of left-behind rural families which has threatened the construction and development of a harmonious society. Therefore, measures must be taken to mobilize all forces in society including the government, social and corporate organizations to construct a social support network to solve the problem of left-behind rural families. |
