| Abstract: | This paper briefly discusses about the motivation of Encouragement Education （EE）, a human need, and its effects, the improvement of work efficiency. The application of EE in Political-ideological work of hospitals inspires the staffs creative passion, and makes their intelligence performed freely and openly, which guarantees the success of the hospital in the severe competition. |
