摘 要: | 学生参与的管理模式早已为西方的许多大学所采用。有限政府论、教育市场化、群体动力理论以及民主管理理论分别从各自的学科立场给大学生参与学校管理提供了理论支撑;在形式上,学生或直接参与学校高层管理,或参与教学管理,还通过学生组织参与管理;学生参与管理在提高教学质量、发挥学生潜能及保护教育消费者利益方面起到了积极作用,但同时也挤占了学生的精力与时间,还会产生“过度民主”的弊端。

Abstract: | The pupil-participation management pattern has been adopted for a long time,which has been demonstrated by the theories of restricted government,of education marketisation,of dynamical colony and of democratic management respectively. As the main means ,participating in decision-making,teaching and student groups helps to improve teaching , to aid in the growth of potentials,and to protect customers' rights and interests. On the other hand ,Pupil-participation may cause negative results,such as time-wasting and excessive democracy. |
