摘    要:高教管理中的教师激励是非常重要的问题,它的成功与否直接影响着教师工作的动机和效率。教师动机支配着他的行为,决定其工作积极性和创造性的高低,因此只有在分析高职教师特征和需要的基础上,真正建立起以人为本的激励机制,才能调动教师工作的积极性和创造性,达到提高工作效率的目的。

On Constructing the People-Oriented System of Encouragement in Higher Vocational Colleges Teachers

Abstract:Encouragement teacher in higher institutions' management is very important problem, success or failure of which directly influences the motivation and efficiency of teachers' task. Teacher's motivation predominates over his action, and determines his enthusiasm and action; therefore the people-oriented system of encouragement is really established on the basis of only analyzing teacher's characteristics and need so that teacher's enthusiasm and creation is aroused to get the work efficiency.
