| 摘 要： | 邵阳市的旅游文化资源极其丰富，是湖南的第三大旅游资源市。但近年来的开发利用效果不是十分理想。通过深入的调查与思考，对邵阳旅游文化资源进行了总体评价，指出了邵阳旅游文化开发中存在的问题，并提出了做大做强邵阳旅游文化产业的对策。
