| 摘 要： | 高校学生党建工作的职能是指高校学生党建工作对教育、工作对象乃至整个高校、社会所产生的积极独特的作用与功能。高校学生党建工作的本质和特殊性，决定了高校学生党建工作职能的多面性、多层次性、长期性与发展性。我们对其职能进行了总体上的把握与考察，将其概括为教育教化、文化激励、考察培训和个别转化等四大基本职能。

| Abstract: | The function of college students＇party work refers to it＇s positive and unique role on the education ,their objects ,the college and even the whole society.And the essence and feature of the college stu- dents＇party work decides the multi-faceted, multi-level, and the development of long-term of it＇s function. We have grasped and investigated on it＇s function in general , and summarized as the four big basic functions of education and indoctrination, cultural incentive, inspection training and individual-ransformed . |
