| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革给后勤经济实体思想政治工作带来了新的变化。要适应思想政治工作的新要求，需要创新后勤经济实体思想政治工作模式。要建立员工思想稳定与后勤经济实体和谐发展的机制，并注重高校后勤文化与思想政治工作的有机结合。
