| 摘 要： | 事故犯罪的客观方面是事故犯罪构成的必要要件，然而中外刑法对事故犯罪客观方面存在不同的界定，对中外刑法事故犯罪客观方面进行比较，有助于正确界定事故犯罪的客观方面，进而促进刑事立法与刑事司法。文章认为，事故犯罪的客观方面可以分为两种类型，标准形态的事故犯罪与非标准形态的事故犯罪，以此为基点，对事故犯罪客观方面进行了比较。

| Abstract: | The objective aspect of accident-crime is the requirement of its constitution. However, there are different definitions on the objective aspect of accident-crime in the domain of the criminal law of internal and external. Comparing our view on the objective aspect of accident-crime with foreign which is advantageous to confirm the objective aspect of accident-crime accurately, then accelerate and develop the criminal legislation and judicature of our nation. In my opinion, the objective aspect of accident-crime can be divided into two types, which are normal form and abnormal form. Based on this view, this article will completely analyze the objective aspect of accident-crime. |
