试论教学方式的历史演变

摘    要:教学方式在历史的发展过程中经历了自然的教学方式、经验的教学方式、技术的教学方式和创新的教学方式四个阶段。教学方式的历史演变启示我们,现代教师仅仅依靠自己的教学经验或他人提供的操作技术,已无法适应当前我国教育教学改革发展的新要求。创新的教学方式是对经验的、技术的教学方式的继承、发展与提升,有利于培养学生的自主性和创造性,有利于教师创新性地教学,应成为教师变革教学方式的自觉追求。

Abstract:During the course of history, way of teaching has undergone four stages: natural way of teaching, experienced way of teaching, technical way of teaching and creative way of teaching. The historical evolution of way of teaching tells us that modem teachers can't adapt themselves to the new requirements of teaching reform in our country only with their own experiences or operating techniques offered by others. Creative way of teaching is the inheritance, development and improvement of experienced way of teaching and technical way of teaching, which is advantageous to fostering students' autonomy and creativity and help teachers to teach creatively. So teachers should consciously seek creative way of teaching to change their way of teaching.
