近几年来随着国民经济的飞速发展，国家对教育事业的发展更加重视。如何适应新形势，充分利用学校各种资源，促进学校尽快发展，是摆在高校各级领导和财务工作者面前的一大任务。现针对当前新建地方本科院校基建与财务管理存在的问题及原因分析，提出今后加强基建投资与财务管理内部控制的措施．

Fundamental Construction Investment in the Local Universities and Inner Control on Financial Management

In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, our nation has put greater emphasis on the development of education.It is a major task for financial staffs and the leader in the universities to adopt new situations to make full use of all kinds resources in the universities and promote the growth of universities as fast as possible. This paper has put forward some measures to strengthen the construction investment and inner control on the financial management in future which aimed at the problem and the analysis of causes for the construction and financial which exist in inner control.
