| 摘 要： | 目前我国社会保障制度还存在不足，社会保障基金的管理还存在较多问题。必须从扩大社会保障的覆盖面、建立有效的风险防范机制和监督机制、加强法制建设等方面完笋社会保障基金制度，加强社会保障基金的管理，提高我国的社会保障水平。
