| 摘 要： | 随着中国市场经济的不断发展。夫妻财产的种类和数量也不断增加，2001年修订的《婚姻法》对在实践中出现的新情况、新问题已不能进行全面有效的调整。文章从我国社会发展的实际情况出发，提出了修改和完善夫妻法定财产制的思考和建议，诸如增设通则性夫妻财产关系的一般规定；完善夫妻个人特有财产的种类；建立夫妻无形财产转换制度等。

| Abstract: | Thinking of Legal Our Country Husband and Wife Property System With China, the market economy ceaselessness develops, Husband and wife property kind and quantity increase by also unceasingly, The new condition , new problem revising in 2001 to appearing in prac- tice already can not carry out effective all-round adjustment. The author is developed from our country society starts off, The thinking and suggestion revising and perfecting legal husband and wife property system have submitted. Such as increasing the general provisions setting up general rule husband and wife property relation; perfecting kinds of husband and wife individual peculium; building husband and wife incorporeal property changing system. |
