| 摘 要： | 对传统文化进行解构与整合，以开掘其有利于社会和谐的内容，无疑对构建社会主义和谐社会是非常有意义的。文章对儒家关于处理人际关系的最基本道德准则：仁、义、礼、智、信，进行了爬梳和清理，虽其有特定的历史性，但其合理因素仍是今日构建和谐人际关系不可或缺的传统道德资源。

| Abstract: | Analyzing and synthesizing the traditional culture, we can explore its beneficial contents for the social harmony this is very meaningful for setting up a socialism harmonious society. This paper mainly studies the most basic morals of social interaction standard of Confucianism： kindheartedness, righteousness, etiquette, wisdom, faith. Although it has some particular and historic factors, its reasonable factors are still the necessary traditional moral resources for setting up the harmonious social interaction. |
