浅析利益主体多元化背景下思想政治教育方法创新

改革开放以来，随着我国市场经济体制改革的逐步推进，产生了利益主体多元化的格局，人们的思想认识、价值观念和思维方式发生了深刻变化，给思想政治教育工作带来了严峻挑战，迫切要求创新思想政治教育。在思想政治教育方法的创新上，要切实增强其科学性、实效性和感染力，实现方法和手段的多样化、现代化并走向多学科的整合。

Analyzing on the Innovative Ways of Ideological and Political Education under the Background of the Diversity of Interests

Since the start of the reform and opening up era, steady progress has been made in the reform of economic system, and the situation of the diversity of interests has appeared. People＇s minds ,values and ways of thinking have undergone profound changes. All of those take serious challenges to our ideological and political education, urgently require a method innovation. In order to realize the innovation, we must strengthen education＇s scientificity ,effectiveness and appeals, choose various modem methods and realize a multidisciplinary integration.
