rt-PA或r-PA联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死有效性及安全性分析

目的分析rt-PA或r-PA联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死(CI)的有效性及安全性.方法选取90例急性CI患者,根据随机数字表法或家属意愿将纳入患者分为A组(n=22,采用rt-PA治疗)、B组(n=22,采用r-PA治疗)、C组(n=23,采用rt-PA联合阿司匹林治疗)和D组(n=23,采用r-PA联合阿司匹林治疗),治疗30 d后,比较4组患者NIHSS评分、mRS评分、BI指数;分析4组患者凝血功能、血脂变化;观察比较4组患者不良反应发生率.结果 C组、D组NIHSS评分、mRS评分、BI指数较A组、B组优势明显(均P0.05);C组、D组TC,TG,LDL-C及LDL-H明显优于A组、B组,差异具有统计学意义(均P0.05);C组、D组PT,APTT,FIB与A组、B组比较改善更加明显(均P0.05).结论采用rt-PA或r-PA联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死,其临床效果优于r-PA或rt-PA单用药治疗,效果显著.

On Efficacy and Safety of rt-PA or r-PA Combined with Aspirin in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of rt-PA or r-PA combined with aspirin in treating acute cerebral infarction.Method A total of 90 cases of acute CI patients were selected and randomly divided into group A (n=22 rt-PA),group B(n=22 r-PA),group C(n=23 rt-PA combined with aspirin) and D(n=23 r-PA combined with aspirin). After treatment of 30 d,NIHSS score,mRS score and BI index of 4 groups were compared.Coagulation function,blood lipid and changes of the 4 groups were analyzed.The incidence of adverse reactions in the 4 groups were observed and compared.Results The NIHSS scores,mRS scores and BI indexes in group C and D were superior to those of group A and B(P<0.05).TC,TG,LDL-C,LDL-H in group C and D were superior to those of group A and B (P<0.05).The improvement of PT,APTT and FIB in group C and D were more obvious than that in group A and B (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,the patients administrated with rt-PA or r-PA combined with aspirin had better clinical effects than those accepted r-PA or rt-PA single drug treatment.
