摘    要:为探讨重金属镉慢性暴露对斑马鱼卵巢的毒性效应及子代响应,将斑马鱼暴露于0,0.062,0.124,0.248,0.620,1.240 mg/L 6个镉体积质量.暴露21 d后,以脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量、卵巢组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平为终点评价慢性镉暴露对斑马鱼卵巢的毒性效应;以子代受精率、孵化率和96 h幼鱼体长为终点评价慢性镉暴露下斑马鱼的子代响应.结果表明:MDA含量随镉浓度的增加而显著升高,抗氧化防御体系被抑制.当ρ(Cd)≥0.248 mg/L时,子代的受精率和孵化率显著降低;当ρ(Cd)≥1.240 mg/L时,斑马鱼不育;当ρ(Cd)≥0.620 mg/L时,子代斑马鱼孵化失败.孵化成功后的幼鱼96 h体长随镉浓度的增加而显著降低.

Abstract:The effects of cadmium ( Cd) exposure on the ovary of zebrafish,as well as the responses of offspring were studied by exposing zebrafish to 6 Cd treatments. The concentrations were 0,0. 062,0. 124,0. 248,0. 620 and 1. 240 mg/L. After 21 days exposure, the malondialdehyde ( MDA ) contents, the superoxide dismutase ( SOD) levels and the catalase ( CAT) levels were used to evaluate the toxicity of Cd on the ovary of zebrafish. The fertility rate, hatching rate and the 96 h body length of offspring were used to evaluate the responses of offspring. The results indicated that MDA contents increased with increasing of Cd concentration. The antioxidant system of zebrafish was inhibited. When ρ(Cd) concentration was higher than 0. 248 mg/L,the fertility rate and hatching rate of offspring significantly decreased. When the Cd concentration was higher than 1. 240 mg/L,the zebrafish was infertility. When ρ(Cd) concentration was higher than 0. 620 mg/L,the hatching was unsuccessful. The 96 h body length of offspring significantly decreased with increasing Cd concentrations.
