摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶-浸渍法制备了含Se纳米TiO2复合物.分别用TEM、XRD、XPS、UV-Vis、IR、PL等对所得产物进行了一系列表征,结果表明,该复合物具有锐钛矿相结构,其粒径约为20 nm.日光下降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的实验结果表明,Se的掺入大大提高了TiO2的光催化活性.

Abstract:The Se-TiO2 Nanocomposite was prepared by a sol-gel-dipping process.The products were characterized by TEM,XRD,XPS,UV-vis,FT-IR and PL.The results showed that the Se-TiO2 nanoparticles were composed of anatase with 20nm in diameter.The introduction of Se in nanocomposite increased the photocatalytic activity of TiO2,which was confirmed by photodegradating methylene blue on sun light.
