摘    要:根据混合物溶液中各组分的扩散系数与该组分分子量有关这一物理性质,利用核磁共振中的脉冲梯度场技术,发展了一种二维扩散排序核磁共振谱(2DDOSY).这样无需对混合物溶液进行理化分离,就能得到扩散分离的核磁共振谱,从而方便对混合物溶液组分和结构进行研究.还讨论了DOSY谱分离混合物溶液各组分的分辨能力与各组分分子量的相对比例间的关系

Abstract:In pulsed field gradient nuclear magnetic resonance ( PFG NMR ) technology, we develop 2D diffusion ordered spectroscopy ( DOSY ), which is based on the diffusion coefficient of component inversely proportional to the molecular size. By DOSY, the components and their structures of mixtures may be identified and determined without physical separation and purification. Experimental results demonstrated that the resolution between two components in the diffusion coefficient dimension is related with the ratio of the difference between molecular weights and their averaging molecular weight.
