摘    要:文中探讨了对一种用于海洋石油压裂和固井作业的大功率高压柱塞泵的焊接壳体进行有限元分析时的若干困难问题的技术处理,其中包括:计算方案和计算工况的确定、约束处理与相今部件间联系的模拟、载荷分析、螺栓预紧力的确定、数据处理等等。结合实际问题陈述了实现分析的具体步骤,并对结果进行了必要的分析。

Abstract:What is discussed in this paper is the technical treatments of some difficult Problems in fhe finite element analysis of the welded shell of a large-power high-pressure plunge pump used for the pressing crack and ecmenting of oceanographic oil wells. The problems include determination of computational scheme and operating mode,restraint processing simulation of link with its neighboring parts,load analysis,determination of pretightening forces for its bolts. data processing, etc. The concrete steps of accomplishing the analysis are given by combining with practical application. Necessary analyses of the results are also presented.
