摘 要: | 本文研究了硫酸钛酰溶液的自生品种水解法。在一定条件下将钛液逐步加入热水体,可以生成晶粒直径分布良好的二氧化钛晶种。利用这种品种,可以在常压下水解高浓度钛液,再经相应的处理,可以制造性能优良的金红石型颜料钛白粉。

Abstract: | The titanyl sulfate solution is hydrolyzed according to theautonucleation,method by adding gradually the solution to abody of water at a constant rate over 10—20 min as to obtainan ionic Concertration after 1 min of feeding from 87 to96g/L。The concertration of H_2SO_4 in the final,hydrolysissolution is regulated to a value of 300 g/L by adding waterfrom the commencement of clouding of the hydrolysis solution upto the end of hydorlysis. |
