| Abstract: | This article begins with the evaluating of the present working conditions of ordinary universities and colleges. Referring to ISO9000 this article has studied the necessity and feasibility of carrying out quality certification on higher education. The basic conceives of study on quality management of higher education based on ISO9000 are proposed. |
