| 摘 要： | 膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡包埋标本62例，正常对照标本9例，采用免疫组化SP法研究nm23-H1基因表达与膀胱癌分级、分期、复发及转移的关系。结果表明：nm23-H1基因在62例膀胱癌中的阳性表达率为66．1％，阳性表达率随膀胱移行细胞癌分级、分期的增高而增高，而随复发及转移的增多而降低。因此推论，nm23-H1基因在膀胱移行细胞癌形成过程中起促进作用，而在复发和转移过程中起抑制作用。可作为评价膀胱癌恶性度、肿瘤进展的指标。

| Abstract: | The expression of nm23-H_1 genes in 62 paraffin-embeded and 9 control samples was examined by SP immunohistochemistry.The expression of nm23-H_1 genes in bladder transitional cell carcinoma was studied in order to find its relationship with the grade,the staging,the recurrence and the metastasis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.It is demonstrated that the positive expression rate of nm23-H_1 genes in bladder transitional cell carcinoma was 66.1%.The high expression rate of nm23-H_1 genes was associated with high grade and staging,and reduced recurrence rate and metastasis rate.It is deduced that nm23-H_1 could accelerate the progression of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and suppress the recurrence and metastasis.it serves as a parameter to judge malignancy and progression. |
