科技计划项目知识产权管理研究

知识经济时代的到来,使知识产权成为衡量一国科学技术水平的重要因素,科技计划作为政府支持区域创新的重要宏观战略手段,引起各国、各地区政府的关注。针对我国科技计划项目知识产权管理中存在的问题,提出实行知识产权全过程管理的方法与措施,并给出相应对策,旨在为促进区域知识产权发展,提升区域科技创新能力提供方法支持。

Study on Intellectual Property Management of Science and Technology Program Project

With the coming of economy and knowledge era,intellectual property has become a significant factor to weigh S&T level of a country,as an important macro-strategic method for government to support regional innovation,S&T program attracts government attention of each country and district.According to the problems existed in intellectual property management of S&T program project.this paper puts forward the approaches and measures to implement whole-process management of intellectual property,and then offers related countermeasures,the purpose of which is to give method support for accelerating the development of regional intellectual property and enhancing regional S&T innovation capacity.
