| 摘 要： | 旅游景区是具有较高关联性和敏感性的企业,在日常经营过程中,景区往往会面临各种突发性的非预期事件,这些事件可能给旅游景区带来危机.本文比较系统地探讨了旅游景区的危机管理问题,创建了旅游景区的危机管理模式.并以包头市南海公园为例,通过对该景区的"11.21"空难事故的分析,说明旅游景区应如何实施危机管理.

| Abstract: | Unexpected events might happen suddenly in a scenic area, which sometimes cause crisis in that area. This paper discusses systematically the issue of crisis management in the scenic areas and creates a management mode against crises. By analyzing the airplane crash in Nanhai park in Baotou city, it explains how to deal with such kind of crisis in scenic areas. |
