| 摘 要： | 用Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光处理碱性蛋白酶产生菌──地衣芽孢杆菌Ｆ－３５２３－３．实验结果表明，照射１０分钟，其正变率最高达１６．８％，经处理后获得变株Ｆ－８０１４发酵的酶活性比出发菌株提高３７％，生物学特性发生多方面变异。

| Abstract: | Bacillus licheniforms F-3525-3,an alkaline protease producing strain was exposeed to He-Ne laser.When the exposure time was 10 minutes,the highest positive mutation rate,16.8%,could be reached,The protease activity of F-8014,obtaied mutain strain,was 37% higher than that of the original features were found.He-Ne laser was a mutagen has satisfactory effect on the alkaline producing strain,Bacillus licheniforms. |
