摘    要:为探讨通辽市HP感染的危险因素,对599例慢性胃炎和胃溃疡患者进行了病学调查,然后在单因素分析及多因素分析的基础上,进行秩和比分析,结果表明,HP阳性率为53.92%,家庭成员有胃病史和接触牲畜两个因素是通疗市HP感染的重要危险因素。

Abstract:The risk factors of helicobactor pylori(HP) infection has been done to 599 patients of gastritis and gastric ulcer associated with HP infection.Epidemiology survey,complex after simple factors were analysed with RSR.The positive rate of HP infection is 53.92%.Analysis of RSR expressed important risk factors which assorciated with HP in fection are posible gastropathy history of family and contact animals.
