| 摘 要： | 急性锤状指是骨科较常见病，需要早期处理，晚期处理效果欠佳，对105例急性锤状指患者采用注射针头闭合穿针治疗，取得良好疗效。

| Abstract: | The Acute mallet finger deformity is a common disease of orthopendics.it ought to cure early.If late,the therapeutec effect is not better.In this article,the authors intruduce a good carative effect to cure the mallet finger deformity with using syringe needle out side the finger. |
