| 摘 要： | 通过静脉尿路造影诊断尿管和膀胱壁段结石124例，并对其诊断、定位及冲击波碎石治疗分析，其中阴性结石占66．9％，对其X线普通平片漏诊的因素、结石难碎的原因进行了分析，124例B型超声（B超）确诊104例，误诊20例，认为尿路造影是诊断输尿管与膀胱壁段结石理想的一种检查方法，本组全部经冲击波碎石及中西药治疗而治愈。

| Abstract: | A diagnosis of using the vein X-rey contrast for urinary tract was made on 124 people suffering from calculus.As a result ,the radioparent calculus constituted the majority among all cases.We expounded in the paper why ureter microlith was hard to smash,the misdiagnosis causing factors on x-ray film,the significance for surgical differential diagnosis and how to combine western medicine with traditional mongolian medicine to treat the disease with lithogogue method after lithotrity. |
