家畜解剖冻干标本制作方法的改进

摘    要:制作家畜冻干标本 ,应选用体形正常、脂肪少的家畜 ,在冬季进行 ,经过放血、固定、分离、冻干和整修等步骤制作而成 .在此基础上 ,对传统方法做了改进 :(1)将传统的由六柱栏站立固定改为仰卧固定 ;(2 )分离切口由背正中改为腹正中 ;将四肢切口由外侧自上而下改为由内侧蹄部自下而上进行 ,以便操作 ,防止干燥 ;(3)在灌注之前增加了灌流过程 ,冲净组织器官内的残留血液 ,提高灌注效果 ;(4 )由单纯冷室放置冷冻 ,自然干燥 ,改为冷热室交替反复解冻 ,使标本干燥迅速 ,不易变形和收缩 .并在制作工艺、防腐、防霉、防虫等方面均有了新的改进

Abstract:Making livestock dissection freezing-drying sample need such steps as letting the blood out,fixing,dissect,freezing-drying and renovation,etc.The traditional making technique was improved in the artical:(1)fixing:improving upon six-posts fence and standing straight into lying on its back;(2)dissect incision:not in the centre of the back but ventromedian and not the lateral of the four limbs from top to bottom but the four limbs from bottom to top;(3)increasing douche process before pouring;(4)freezing-drying:not freezing simply in the cold storage and drying naturely but relieving freezing repeatealy in the cold-hot storage.The others were also new and special such as arts and crafts,anti-rot,anti-mildew and anti-insects and so on.
