| 摘 要： | 测定了老年人冠心病56例及高血压病35例血浆TC（胆固醇）、TG（甘油三酯）、LDL－C（低密度脂蛋白胆固醇）、HDL－C（高密度脂蛋白胆固醇）含量，结果显示，老年人高血压、冠心病患者TC、LDL－C均显著高于健康人（P＜0．01）；冠心病患者HDL－C及HDL－C／TC显著低于健康人（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），高血压组的HDL－C／TC也明显低于健康人（P＜0．05）。提示老年高血压、冠心病患者外周血组织有胆固醇堆积现象。

| Abstract: | The plasma levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were determined in 56 cases of patients with the aged coronary diseases and 35 cases of patients with hypertension.The experiment results showed that the levels of TC and LDL-C in above patients were obviously higher than that of healthy people( P <0 01),meanwhile the levels of HDL-C and HDL-C/TC in patients with coronery diseases were lower than healthy people( P <0 05, P <0 01),so the level of HDL-C/TC in hypertension group (P <0 05)were lower than the healthy persons.It is implied that cholesterin probably heaps up in peripheral tissues for above patients. |
