| 摘 要： | 通过几种化疗药物对C6胶质瘤细胞的药敏实验，观察化疗药物加增敏剂（NMD）后，单独化疗和联合化疗药物的敏感性，为临床提从有效的治疗依据，利用体外细胞培养，采用MTT和^3H-TDR方法，分别测定几种休疗药物单独使用和联合使用对肿瘤的抑制率，BCNU，Vm-26两种化疗药物联合使用加增敏剂，使药物浓度降低了100倍，其对细胞的抑制率可达97．04％，高于BCNU＋NMD的抑制效果，也明显高于Vm-26 NMD的抑制效果，联合用药优于单独用药，具有低浓度，低毒，高效的作用，同时也增加了药物对瘤组织的抑制作用，说明联合用药，具有协同和相加作用。

| Abstract: | The experiment of the drug of theray with C 6 glioma obvision the sensitively of the drug of the single chemotherapy or combined-chemotherapy.Taking C 6 culture and detecting of MTT and 3 H-TdR.Experiment proved that the sensitive concentrations of BCNU,Vm-26 and DDP in combined-chemotherapy are lower than that of simple-chemotherapy group.The combined-chemotherapy may overcome drug-resistance,decrease drug-concentration and lower toxic and higher effect. |
