| Abstract: | The paper,from the angle of the MAT,probes into college English teachers' role alteration.They should change themselves in such ways as to be organizers,guides,hatchers,mentors,promoters and collaborators in the course of students'study.Only by doing this can they become students' top teachers and helpful friends to meet the mutual requirements of college English teaching and learning. |
