摘    要:探讨了磁场B和杂质对二维激子低态能谱的效应.杂质被固定在z轴上且与激子所在的平面的距离为d.用直接对角化方法获得了激子低态能量E随B和d的演化.当d一定时,对于中性杂质(或者无杂质) 和带正电杂质,E随B的增加而增加.而对于带负电杂质,激子的角动量L等于0时,能量E曲线上升;L等于1、2、3时,能量E曲线先下降后上升.当B一定时,对于带电杂质,E先随d增加而急剧增加,后随d增加而几乎不变.

Abstract:Effect of a magnetic field B and an impurity on the low-lying energy spectra of a two-dimensional exciton is studied. The impurity is located at the z-axis by a distance d from the plane of the exciton. The evolution of the low-lying energy E of the exciton in accord with B and d is obtained by exact diagonalization. When d is fixed, the increase of B leads to an increase of E in the cases of a neutral impurity (i.e. the impurity is absent) and a positive impurity. For a negative impurity, the increase of B leads to a monotone increase of E if angular momentum L is equal to 0. However, it leads firstly to a decrease when B is smaller and then an increase when B is larger if L is equal to 1, 2 and 3. When B is fixed, E increases rapidly at first and then is almost unchanged with the increase of d.
