真空炉温度控制系统的研制

摘    要:介绍以STD工业控制机为基础设计的真空炉温度控制系统,对控制量的调节采用了模糊控制规律;系统在运行中因故中断后可重新启动,重新启动后可自动找到现时炉内温度,并以此温度开始按原温度曲线继续往下执行;系统还可显示和打印给定温度、实际温度、运行曲线、实时钟等。

Abstract:On the basis of the STD indnstrial control computer, a temperature controlling system for the vacnm furnace was designed. The theory of fuzzy controlling law was adopted for adjusting the control. This system Can be restarted after it is broken off. It can find the temperature then and continue to run at that temperature and according to the original temperature curve. When the system is running, the CRT will simultaneously display the given temperature, the real temperature, the running curve and the real time clock. The printer will print out the above parameters at the same time.
