| 摘 要： | 根据动态联盟特性,结合当前石油企业共同合作开发项目的实际,对项目风险进行了分类,构建了风险评价指标体系,根据专家经验确定各指标的权重,基于模糊综合评价法构建了项目风险评价模型,并进行实证分析.

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of dynamic alliance and the reality of petroleum enterprise cooperation projects,this paper classifies the project risk,establishes the evaluation index system,determine the weights of indexes in the light of experts＇experience and constructs project risk evaluation model based on fuzzy evaluation,and carries on the empirical analysis. |
