| 摘 要： | 粮食安全的概念伴随食物消费升级而有不同内涵。在系统回顾了粮食安全概念提出的背景及其内涵演变过程的同时,以美国为例分析并阐述了食物消费升级与粮食安全的关系,从逻辑上证明了粮食安全概念因为食物消费升级而发生演变的必然性,并提出了相关政策建议。参10。

| Abstract: | Food security concepts have different implications with the upgrade of food consumption. This paper reviews comprehensively the background for putting forward the conception of food security and its corresponding conception evolution. At the same time, the relationship between food consumption upgrading and food security is analyzed and the inevitability of food security conception evolution with the upgrade of food consumption is proved logically. Some suggestions are given based on above analyses. |
