摘    要:本文利用微机对高粘、高凝油品的推定温度和热平衡进行计算,编制出程序,并将涉及到的有关资料贮入数据库。计算时只需将工程宏观资料输入计算机,便能从数据库中取出相应资料进行运算。计算内容包括:维温、升温、推定温度,并用打印机输出所需的热量和加热面积。计算十分方便,所编程序通用性强,适用面广。文中给出了计算实例。

Abstract:Prediction of oil temperature and heat balance calculation are required in handling and transporting high viscosity and high pour point oil by heat treatment. Such a calculation involves trial and error method with a large number of data. A computer program has been developed with the pertinent data stored in the microcomputer memory. One need only input the initial data (tank volume, oil name, storage zone etc) , then the computer will pick out the required data, make calculation and output the required and heating surface. Examples are attached.
