摘    要:研究了一种主动抗变形支座装置,是对采动区建筑物进行主动保护的措施。该支座装置安装在框架柱脚和基础之间,能够自动响应地表不均匀沉降。通过装置自动伸长来调节框架结构柱间沉降差,使框架结构均匀沉降,可以从根本上消除地表不均匀沉降对上部结构的破坏作用。针对抗变形支座装置的作用机理,对支座装置自动伸长的敏感性和装置伸长之后的自锁性能等力学性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:支座装置受0.02kN拉力作用时就可以自动伸长,抗变形支座装置受拉敏感性良好,能够自动响应地表变形;试验采用的缩比支座装置自锁后的承载力能够达到80kN,自锁性能良好,完全符合设计要求。

Abstract:A type of anti-deformational pedestal device was developed for the purpose of active protection of frame structures in mining area.The pedestal device is installed between column foot of frame and foundation and can actively response the uneven surface subsidence.The device can regulate the differential of settlements between columns through its automatic extension and make the even settlement of frame,totally relieving the damage action of the uneven surface subsidence on above structures.Mechanical properties including the sensitivity of automatic extension and the self-locking of the device were experimented according to the principle.The results show that the device can automatically extend when it suffers 0.02 kN tensile force,and the self-locking capacity of scaled device can reach 80 kN,and its performance is good,totally satisfying the design requirements.
