论师范生培养体系的重构

从高师院校师范生培养、基础教育改革现状来看,师范生的培养存在着重知识传授、轻技能训练和精神培育的倾向。在教师专业发展理念主导下,基于师范生＂专业精神、专业知识、专业技能＂整体发展要求,从更新培养理念、优化课程结构、创新培养模式、构筑实践教学新体系等方面重构师范生培养体系,旨在提升高师院校人才培养质量,服务基础教育和经济社会发展。

On the Reconstruction of Normal Student Training System

in the aspects of normal students training and present reform of elementary education, there exists the tendency of overemphasis of students＂ knowledge and overlook of skills training and spirit cultivation. In the guidance of the idea of teachers＂ professional development, we should reconstruct normal student training system from the aspects of updating training concept, refining the curriculum structure, innovating training model, and building a new internship system., based on the development requirement of training students with ＂professional spirit, knowledge and skills＂. The aim is to improve the quality of talent training in the higher normal education and to serve the elementary education and the economic and social development.
