摘    要:随着智慧城市信息集成化的发展应用,对排水管道内水位、流量等主要运行参数的实时监控与自动采集需求越来越强,利用参数采集系统对排水管道堵塞进行定位监测,基于水力相似原理,建立变态相似模型,按照原型长度比例缩小20倍建立试验装置,并针对排水管道试验模型重力流、压力流不同工况进行堵塞试验及堵塞影响因素研究,结果表明:在重力流中,堵塞前水位和堵塞强度呈正相关分布,堰上水头最低点出现在堵塞高度为管径的50%时,且过流损失均随着坡度的增加而增加;堵塞强度在0.5时,过流损失减少值最小;在压力流中,堵塞程度越大,堵塞点前后管道水位高度变化越大;在同一堵塞强度条件下,过流损失随着堵塞长度的增加而增加;随着坡度增加,过流损失增加差额减少;堵塞长度越大,坡度对过流损失的影响越小。试验研究分析了排水管道堵塞状况的变化规律,为排水堵塞故障识别提供了基本依据。

Abstract:With the development and application of intelligent city information integration, the real-time monitoring and automatic collection requirements for the main operating parameters such as water level and flow in the drainage pipe are getting stronger and stronger. This study uses the parameter acquisition system to locate and monitor the drainage pipe blockage based on hydraulic power. Based on the similarity principle, an abnormality similarity model was established, and the experimental device was established by reducing the length of the prototype by 20 times. The plugging test and the influencing factors of the gravity flow and pressure flow were studied for the drainage pipeline test model. The results showed that: 1) gravity flow In the middle, the water level before the blockage is positively correlated with the blockage strength. The lowest point of the upper head of the head is when the blockage height is 50% of the pipe diameter, and the overcurrent loss increases with the increase of the slope; the blockage strength is 0.5, the overcurrent The loss reduction value is the smallest; 2) in the pressure flow, the greater the degree of clogging, the greater the change of the water level of the pipeline before and after the clogging point; 3) under the same clogging strength, the overcurrent loss increases with the increase of the clogging length; As the slope increases, the difference in overcurrent loss decreases. The larger the blockage length, the smaller the influence of slope on overcurrent loss.This test study analyzes the variation law of the clogging condition of the drainage pipe and provides the basic basis for the identification of the drainage clogging fault.
