基于实测载荷特性的玉米联合收获机车架疲劳特性分析

摘    要:智慧农机的发展需要丰富的技术储备,为了解玉米联合收获机车架的疲劳寿命情况,基于实测载荷特性完成了玉米收获机车架复杂工况下疲劳特性分析;通过理论及仿真分析,并充分考虑实践经验确定测点,采集有效载荷信号,并完成信号分析;基于有限元方法对车架进行相关特性分析,并利用实测载荷完成随机振动分析,得到的危险节点的应力功率谱,结合材料S-N曲线及疲劳累计损伤原则对车架进行时域及频域疲劳寿命分析;利用随机振动分析得到不同车速下最大应力功率谱曲线和实测应力功率谱,基于Drilik经验公式对车架危险部位进行寿命计算。结果表明:疲劳薄弱的位置出现在纵梁之间的连接处、驾驶室支座与车架连接处及后桥与尾部车架连接处,这些位置的疲劳寿命一般处于10~6上,车架其余位置寿命均在10~7以上。研究结果为车架的设计及优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The development of intelligent agricultural machinery needs rich technical reserves. In order to inquire the fatigue life of frame of the combined corn harvesting locomotive, the fatigue characteristics of the corn harvesting locomotive frame under complex working conditions are analyzed based on the measured load characteristics. Through theoretical and simulation analysis, and full consideration of practical experience to determine the measurement point, and complete the signal analysis after the collection of payload signal. Based on the finite element method, the related characteristics of the frame are analyzed, and the random vibration analysis is completed by using the measured load. The stress power spectrum of the dangerous node is obtained, and the fatigue life of the frame is analyzed in time domain and frequency domain by combining the S-N curve of material and the principle of fatigue cumulative damage. The maximum stress power spectrum curve and the measured stress power spectrum at different speeds are obtained by random vibration analysis, and the life of the dangerous parts of the frame is calculated based on Drilik"s empirical formula. Results show that the fatigue weak position are in the junction among the longitudinal beams, the junction between bridge bearings and frame, and the junction between rear axle and rear frame, which fatigue life are in commonly 106. The life of other positions of the frame is in more than 107. The speed increase will reduce the fatigue life of the frame. These provide the reference for the design of the frame and optimization.
