摘    要:针对通信设备故障维修领域知识表示规范性差、结构性不强、案例利用率低等问题,结合设备维修案例知识多样、异构、经验性强等特点,提出了一种基于本体的三层设备故障维修案例知识管理框架。构建了由领域本体、案例表示本体、特征属性、故障逻辑和真实案例五要素组成的通信设备维修案例本体,并基于关系数据库设计了相应的OWL(ontology web language)本体存储模型及转换算法,实现了维修案例的结构化表示和精细化管理,提高了案例检索的准确率。最后以通信电源交流接触器故障案例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:To solve the problems of knowledge representation in communication equipment fault maintenance field including poor standardization, weak structure and low case utilization rate, according to the multiplicity, heterogeneous and strong experience dependency of equipment maintenance cases, the three-layer knowledge management framework based on ontology model is proposed. The communication equipment maintenance case ontology composed of domain ontology, case representation ontology, attribute, fault logic and instances is established, the ontology storage model and transformation algorithm based on relational database are designed. It fulfills the target of the structural representation and refined management of maintenance cases, improves the accuracy of case retrieval. The fault case of communication power AC contactor was given to prove the validation of the proposed methodology.
