| 摘 要： | 实验观察了扶桑花乙酸乙酯溶物(HR-3)对小鼠的心率、心电图和常压耐氧能力的作用.实验结果表明,这种成分在小于85mg/kgBW(BodyWeight)的浓度时,对小鼠的心率、R波和T波都无明显的影响,而只对S波有一定的影响;当浓度为500mg/kgBW时却能明显的降低小鼠的心率,并减少心肌的耗氧量,从而延长小鼠在缺氧状况下的存活时间.

| Abstract: | The aim of the present study in mice was to investigate the effects of ethyl acetate extract of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis flowers (HR-3) on heart rate and electrocardiogram and toleration in normal condition without oxygen. The results are as follows: When the extract concentration was lower than 85mg/kg BW(Bady Weight), the mice heart rate, R wave, T wave showed no significant change, but S wave had a little change, While the concentration was 500Ag BW, heart rate was decreased markedly, and so did the consuming oxygen of cardiac muscle. So the mice could Survive longer without oxygen. |
