| 摘 要： | 考察"当归-川芎"药对中阿魏酸肠吸收动力学及影响因素.采用在体循环灌流法,应用HPLC测定肠吸收循环液中阿魏酸的质量浓度,UV法测定肠吸收循环液中即时酚红质量浓度.研究比较"当归-川芎"药对及单味药当归、川芎中阿魏酸的吸收情况,药对中阿魏酸的吸收在质量浓度、pH值及胃肠道方面均表现出较大的优越性.药对配伍影响其成分阿魏酸的体内吸收动力学行为. |
